Auckland Residence

Having worked with this client across multiple properties for over 15 years, each new project has been an opportunity to push the boundaries of technology, design and user experience.

The vision was to create a home where cutting-edge technology integrates seamlessly with exceptional architecture and interior design, delivering effortless control without compromising aesthetics.

A sophisticated yet intuitive Crestron control system, featuring a bespoke user interface that provides seamless access to lighting, shading, climate, audio, security, CCTV and more. Intelligent monitoring provides at-a-glance feedback on gates and doors, while integrated CCTV can be viewed from any TV or touch panel throughout the home. Crestron also manages the home’s four-bay car lift system, integrating with its safety sensors for safe and convenient operation.

Lutron lighting control with custom-engraved Palladiom keypads offers elegant, intuitive operation, while Sonance invisible speakers and subwoofers deliver exceptional audio without impacting the home’s refined interiors.

The dedicated Dolby Atmos cinema takes immersion to another level. Meticulously designed from the ground up, it combines JBL Synthesis speakers, Sony projection, a 170-inch ultrawide screen with motorised side-masking, anamorphic lens and Lumagen video processing.

The culmination of exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design and advanced technology, resulting in a truly remarkable home that is as effortless to use as it is impressive to experience.
