The goal was to create a family home where technology is simple, intuitive and unobtrusive. Every system needed to be easy for the whole family to use, with clean, discreet integration that complements the home’s design rather than distracting from it.

Control4 sits at the heart of the home, managing audio distribution, the media room, access control and lighting through an intuitive interface designed for the whole family.

Custom-engraved, backlit keypads make everyday lighting control effortless, while touch panels provide more detailed, circuit-level control when required. Both interior and exterior motorised shades are also integrated into the Control4 system, allowing lighting and shading to be managed conveniently from the same keypads.

A dedicated, darkened media room offers the perfect escape, combining 4K projection onto a 120-inch screen with high-quality surround sound for an exceptional movie experience.

CCTV cameras provide 24/7 recording, offering an added layer of security and peace of mind.

The result is a thoughtfully integrated family home where sophisticated technology works quietly behind the scenes, keeping everyday control simple and accessible for everyone.
