Private Residence

The vision was to create a home where technology flows seamlessly throughout every space, from the indoor pool and living areas to the outdoor entertaining spaces. Working closely with the clients, we helped bring their vision to life, creating exceptional spaces where technology enhances everyday living.

A fully integrated Control4 automation system provides intuitive control of audio, video, lighting and more, accessible through touch panels, handheld remotes and mobile devices.

Lutron motorised shades throughout the home offer effortless control of natural light and privacy, with intelligent hembar alignment ensuring adjacent shades remain perfectly synchronised.

The outdoor living area is a standout feature, combining discreet architectural speakers with a concealed projector that descends from the ceiling, transforming the fireplace into an impressive outdoor cinema experience.

Integrated security, CCTV and access control provide convenience and peace of mind, allowing the homeowners to monitor and manage their property from anywhere.

The result is a beautifully connected home where technology blends effortlessly into its surroundings, enhancing both everyday living and entertaining.
