Market Rd

With exposed steel beams and distinctive architectural features, this home called for a different approach to technology. The focus was on keeping things simple, making clever use of the home’s design to conceal equipment wherever possible, while ensuring connectivity and convenience were never compromised.

Sonos speakers provided the ideal audio solution, offering effortless music streaming and intuitive control. Their black finish was chosen to complement the exposed steel beams, allowing the speakers to blend naturally into the home’s architectural features.

With the property set back from the road, a video intercom provides a convenient and secure way to identify visitors and grant access remotely.

The home’s construction presented challenges for wireless coverage, making a reliable network essential. UniFi was selected to deliver strong, consistent WiFi throughout the property, with remote monitoring and management ensuring ongoing performance and reliability.

The result is a carefully considered installation where technology serves its purpose without demanding attention, preserving the home’s unique architectural character.
